Hoping someone can help me, after dg to 9.2 and installing RXtool, at the end a lot of advice to follow Plailect Guide, i did this to the letter was on page https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(A9LH) Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

I can not get past this, site will not load arm11.bin im now on FW 2.1.0 and can not go further. every time I try to load the URL on my 3DS for ARM11.bin (http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin), it just freezes.

Im not sure what to do, and hours of searching has left me still stuck !!

Are you certain you have the correct arm11.bin on the root of your SD card? Show us a screen shot of your SD card contents. And tell us which download you got the arm11.bin from.

there is no arm11bin on the root of sd card, and i can not see any spot in the guide up to that point where it gets it or asks for it to be added.

  1. Copy the contents of the SafeA9LHInstaller zip to the root of your SD card
Make sure to follow the guide as written if you want it to work. You skipped this part.
