well is there a way to convert the raw files to a cia once the title keys are out so i do not have to download it again

you could build a cia now, if you have the (encrypted) title key
you could install it, listen to the music thing on home menu lol, maybe read the manual...?
but yeah, it won't run since you need the seed.


anyway yeah if you are worried about bandwidth you could use the files you already have to build the cia.

thing is if the seed and title key come from the eshop how com they can't be downloaded from the servers

the seed key (for some reason) is simply given by visiting the game's page on eshop. i think the game has to be ready to buy though, not for preorder/predownload
we can also fetch the seed key using a url, and install that using a tool to the 3ds. fbi/CIAngel/freeshop does this. still, i think the game needs to be ready to buy.

the title key you only get when you get the ticket = so you only get it when you buy it/it's free and the game starts downloading.

yes but when you buy it or download a demo it sends it from the servers so why can't it be downloaded from the servers

because it's not publicly accessible. and good for them lol because otherwise we would have every game without anyone needing to buy it, scary.
i guess with some magic voodoo it would be possible from a computer, but we would still need to send the right data nintendo wants, like our console/id details etc. not possible for free.

no this is not true. we can download the game without the title key or seed, just like the op did.
but you won't be able to play/decrypt it.

the only way to play it before it comes out is to get super lucky and hoping you some how get the title key brute forced before the demo comes out

if you have a CIA, the encrypted key is at offset 0x2BFF, just overwrite the fake key with the encrypted key, save the CIA and you should be
able to install it. If you have a CETK file, the offset is 0x1BF instead, make the changes, save and use make_cdn_cia on the folder.

I try to make it to cia
then use D9 decryptor it

thing is the whole file encypted or only part of it so it can't be installed or decypted so you could mess around with it in a hex editor
