Sorry that I made another post about this, but it's really annoying me lol

I also posted this in the hacking and homebrew section because i'm playing a dumb backup and feel like that could be causing the problem, maybe?

I move the left analog to the bottom left and the camera goes right. I move the left analog to the top left, and it doesn't. I move the analog to the top and bottom right, the camera goes right. What the heck is this??
I had to take apart the vita before to fix the screen, and may have switched the analog sticks, but it wouldn't matter, since both analog sticks are the same..

If anyone wants, they can pm me, and I can tell you where I found the backup to test it for themselves.

Thanks~

The way the controls should work is that the cursor is bound to the current viewing window when using the left stick. You should be able to move within that window, and select things within it, but not move the window itself.
The right stick and D-Pad should be the only way to move the viewing window itself.

If that's not how yours controls (I really struggle to tell from your video), then I don't believe the game is functioning as it should.

You might hear this a lot, but you should just buy the game. I got both Danganronpas for around £5 apiece since PSN sales are usually pretty great. Just an option for you <3

Um I'm guessing you skipped the tutorial, you use the D-Pad/Right Analog stick to move the camera. Left analog stick is just for highlighting stuff.
the left analog stick is for highlighting, yes. but if you watch the video, you can see that it also moves the camera somehow.

That's weird, I just tried it myself on my cartridge version and the left analog doesn't move the camera at all, probably something went wrong went you repaired your Vita?

You can PM me the dump if you want, doubt it has anything to do with it though, leaning towards a hardware related issue.

PSN sales are really good if you keep an eye on them to check if there's anything you're after. Vita games in particular see fantastic offers. Just gotta keep an eye out and hope you have enough space to install it ;3

I'll pm you the dump. also, I forgot to add. I tried it on my other ps vita games and no issue. but switching the sticks should only take about 10-15 minutes.

only 8 gigs lol
can't find/afford a bigger one. maybe I should get for ps4? I like the portable-ness of the vita. but not the clunkiness or tiny space of it.. If it goes on sale before the new bundle releases, maybe I'll pick it up :)
