This is my own Pac-Man hack, Mario has eating points like Pac-Man and Goombas are acting like ghosts, Mario just have to eat Goombas for fun!!!

Because it's piracy. You may have edited a few sprites but all of the code belongs to the devs.

No, i edited sprites from ROM using Tile Layer Pro and YY-CHR!!

If this contains copyrighted software then you need to only release the patch here containing the files you changed.

Then you are distributing Nintendo content... Which is illegal..
You need to make a patch with xdelta or. Others, this will create a file with just your modification..

There are several. Xdelta is one. It doesn't matter if it's gba or gb or even your photoshop of your mother face into Angelina Jolie body
