Also the hs for new 3ds works on any region new 3ds and the hs for old 3ds will only work on the old 3ds models, any region though.

Ok how about you just go to that health and safty icon on your 3ds and open it. FBI is probably already there jist the icon change. It'll change back

Ok got FBI installed on sysNAND and NO CIA has install option :(

What do you mean they don't have the install option? Like it literally doesn't appear, or you get an error when you try to install a CIA?

Is it possible you don't have your ticket database?

Your issue from page 2 sounds like exactly that:

I cant install any CIA at all now. I formatted my SD and now doesnt show Install CIA option. Whats wrong?

I could be wrong considering all the hoops everyone got you to jump through ... But if not, this should solve it:

Q: I'm getting a "Database does not exist" / "Invalid database" error!

A: You likely haven't installed anything from eShop or other locations before. You will need to go to the "Nintendo 3DS/<id0>/<id1>/dbs/" directory on your SD card and create empty "title.db" and "import.db" files. Then, go to System Settings -> Data Management -> Nintendo 3DS -> Software on your 3DS and let it repair the database files.

Ok all fixed including game CIA i tried installing. I reinstalled my NAND.min, bin (keep A9LH) and mad RedNAND EmuNAND and used TinyFormat to format my SysNAND and redid my microSDHC all booting up no problem. Turns out I never formatted my SysNAND. I read u suppose to format using TinyNAND ur SysNAND at least once. New Guide didnt have tht in instructions though. All working including bootNTR :)
