Sadly, if you're on 11.1 with no CFW, there're no way to use any homebrew apps with ORAS as of yet, due to ASLR being implemented for those titles with the latest update. If you have cartridges, you could find a 3DS on an earlier system version to use.

I guess the moral of the story is never downgrade until you're aware of what does/doesn't work with the latest update.

Yes there is. You can't do it 100% for free like we used to, but there are two ways to do it.

Shame for 11.1 users... ASLR is really annoying.

How come a box in the GUI only shows 15 slots when boxes in-game can hold 30 Pokemon per box?
What happens to the 16th Pokemon in a box? Is there a second page for the box?

Yes, just keep pressing down and it will show the additional page for that box. Each box has 2 pages, with 15 slots per page. Use the down arrow to change pages.

Not if your CFW patches ASLR like Luma, then it doesn't matter.

Yes if you search around JKSM thread you can find information.

Basically you get an 3DSX and an XML file from the thread and instead of selecting ORAS you select Pokemon bank which brings you to another menu where you can select cartridge and extract/inject

Pokemon bank is free to download, maybe that's all that's necessary. I can't confirm because I have a Pokemon bank subscription and that worked for me. Perhaps all you need to do is download Pokemon bank from eshop and try it
