Homebrew HBL 11.0.0-33u, cant access Help?

i have an o3ds on 11.0.0-33u and im having issues accesing HBL through menuhax.
for some reason everytime i power my 3ds and hold down L button it wont take me to the HBL menu, instead it will take me directly to 3ds home menu and notify me that theirs a new update. HBL menu had been loading perfectly fine on my 3ds for the past month with no issues until today. is their any way to fix this without me having to update my 3ds to try and access hbl through my 3ds internet browser?

Is their anyway of doing it without the r4 sdhc?
or do i need to just update to access hbl menu again?
the only way i could access it before was holding down the power and L button but now that doesnt work it just takes me straight to the home menu and when i try to go on the internet browser to try and access hbl again it just keeps giving me the notification that i need to update to the newest version and now i have no other way of accessing it.

A flashcard isn't required. The card you mentioned is a DS-Mode flashcard.

Because you've opened the browsered and missed the chance of using a DNS you need to use a game exploit.

Also for future reference ctr-htttpwn is a homebrew that is launched from the HBL which allows you to use games/apps that require online services without updating.

i changed my theme maybe a week ago but i had no issues accessing hbl till today

Menuhax Manager 3.0 supports changing and custom themes.

That's what broke it. Though due to the way that menuhax 3 works, it probably didn't affect you until today.

You're boned. You'll have to get a second 3DS that's already hacked and use it to install OoThax or something else like that.

No browserhax is patched. You need to buy an exploit game.

or borrow a flashcard or real game and use a primary exploit like Freaky hax for accesing HBL and from there reinstall menuhax.
