Testing with;

  • WiiU 5.5.1 E - EU/AUST/PAL region
  • Hyrule Warriors 1.11.0 (latest updates included in dump) - EU/AUST/PAL region
  • All current DLC (aoc0005000c1017d900 folder included in dump)
  • LoadiineGX2 0.3 nightly builds [e71fb52] and [a0c73ed]

Attempting to launch in SSBU mode with DLC enabled- no dice.

[a0c73ed] boots without DLC and [e71fb52] closes back to Miimaker.

The aoc folder is only approx 20KB only containing folders with dlcinfo.bin.
Searching through the data folders I see all the dlc files have been integrated into the dump;

Edit;
  • The dump size in total, not including save files is 7.42GB (7,974,101,698 bytes)
  • The aoc folder included in that total is 23.8KB (24,472 bytes)
I own the game, the DLC and have the physical copy on hand.

I'm open to all manner of suggestions / solutions, thank you for your time.

Sorry I didn't mean to be misleading I was just posting all the information I thought would be relevant :blush:!

The issue is;
Attempting to launch in SSBU mode with DLC enabled- no dice.

[a0c73ed] boots without DLC and [e71fb52] closes back to Miimaker.

I'm just trying to figure out what I've done wrong / how to get the DLC to show up?

Okay,

If you haven't bought the DLC it wont work, you need the game (physical/eShop downloaded) and the real DLC bought too for Loadiine DLC option to work :/

I copied the same setup that worked for Pikmin 3, placing it inside wiiu/games/titleID/content/aoc

I also tried with the full folder name from the dump "aoc0005000c1017d900"

I also tried putting it in wiiu/games/titleID/content/data/aoc

and again with the full folder name from the dump, in that location.

Edit;

I was missing the loadiine.xml file in it's app folder, not sure if that could cause an issue?
[I will test again with it in]

I setup a save and booted the game several times before trying to get the dlc working, perhaps I'll have better luck on a clean save?
[I will test this also]

The numbered folders inside the aoc folder all have a padding of 00,
ie; "001A" instead of "1A" unlike the Pikmin 3 DLC,
perhaps I'll have some luck by removing the 00 padding on the folders?
[I will test this also]

It should be "/aoc" instead of "content/data/aoc"

Like @NexoCube said. Aoc folder should go here:

SD:/wiiu/games/titleID/AOC
