Hey guys, so recently I injected my emunand into my sysnand and totally got rid of my emunand partition. I want to delete whichever folder in the nintendo 3ds one thats not needed anymore, there are two folders inside. So my question is should I do this because my original sysnand had gba titles installed or should I not even worry about it.

Back both up, and delete the one that is smaller if all you had was gba stuff. IIRC, gba stuff is installed to nand and not the sd card.

GBA games are installed to the SD card - it's just TWL stuff that's installed to NAND.

Edit for more information: When exiting AGB_FIRM, the game is saved to the AGB SAVE partition on the NAND, which is then read by NATIVE_FIRM and copied onto the SD card. Maybe that's why you thought it was installed to NAND?
