don't doubt the works of an exploit my dear chap, sometimes all it takes is one guy to come up with a suggestion to makes ideas and masterpieces happen... how do you think ice cream and cheetos were invented???

Very true actually, though I doubt any competent Homebrew Dev wouldn't have checked the details of everything changed from the update. Just how they roll, and hey, maybe the new "Memory_Management" changed caused something to be exploitable, probably not but who knows.

Nobody is going to follow up on these...
But let's just say a new kexploit isn't too far away...
