well like i previously stated my girlfriends nintendo DS has not been updated is there a more complicated way to edit games on her ds and somehow put them on mine? Specifically games that save on the SD card like Fantasy life?

How can I access the eshop? Is it safe to do so with the app provided in the starter kit?
Can I buy games and add funds? What does the app actually do and will Nintendo notice/can I get banned for that?

What does the friendlist module have to do with bricking/banning users? First of all its pretty messed up that they can even do that after you pay like 200 bucks for there system in the first place...

It's not confirmed. They didn't updated the twl firm which means that we still have nand access through dsimode. Downgrade with hardmod and dsiwarehax would still be possible but I would laugh if you cannot downgrade your native firm anymore because the old one will brick it .

They updated the home menu, doesn't that block hardmod downgrades as well? Iirc the downgrade can only change native firm, and now the home menu won't match, meaning that a downgraded 3ds will brick (although a hardmod is required anyway, so it's fixable).

I realize that. Lol. I just thought it seemed impossible to fix. Like arm9loaderhax. But I guess that it relied on something that Nintendo could look into and patch. :/

No. If you want online features just use ctr-httpwn in the homebrew launcher(Works with eShop, smash, etc.)
