I don't know how to do it and I can't find a tutorial.

Open it, select update your tickets, open the eShop and go to a game (or multiple) and download it

Not all games will be available since it requires that someone purchase the game and upload their title keys to the ticket website

No.I mean I don't know how to instal that patched version you created in order to make TIKdevil work.

Go into FBI and go to TitleDB

find TIKdevil in that list and install it

No, that's an ARM 11 userland exploit, not an ARM 9 kernel exploit, downgrade to 9.2 and then yes, usable on 9.2 fw menuhax.

Don't have any cfw, and don't know if any cfw is on 3ds 11.0. I can't use free shop!!! DX I'm looking for some way to get free games tho. Really wish I could get free shop.

Just download some emulators, there isnt any way to get free games without CFW

There is CFW even on the newest firmware but you need to downgrade first

It's my understanding that they're working on a exploit for 11.0.0 that gets them full access to the system

I don't believe it works on 11.2.0 though...
