Help!
I got this error when I load the system file and I used MHGSV to extract the system file.

Are you saving directly to the SD card? Sometimes SD cards really don't like that. Otherwise, right click the system file and check properties. Make sure Read-Only is not checked.

Oh right if you guys are importing the level 50 cats, make sure you unlocked all the Palico level limiters else the levels will reset to what ever level your cap is at, and you might crash if you view the skills.

as stated billion times throughout the thread, simple answer No.

There is an ingame checker when you load up a quest that removes anything suspicious.

APM should note this on 1st page actually. the ingame checker happens the moment someone starts a quest

i know, i tried it myself
but i think that he managed to break that checker xD

Your SD Card. Take it out. There is a switch on the side of it. Switch it and make sure it's not locked.

change the demon horn in learned action slot 8 to Ultrasonic horn. I've changed it 3 times now and somehow it keeps reverting. That's the only thing wrong with it. I'll update the zips as soon as I can get the changes to stick.

Doesn't seem like a proper save. Everything looks corrupted. Try exporting it again

Is there a way to edit quest data, as in, to advance ones hunter rank in order to access more quests? I am unable to find such an option in either this or the 4U editor.

You can raise your own HR with the Save editor but i doubt there will be custom quests or modified ones but maybe you can do it with the Mod that req. a CFW
