I don't think so, since you aren't actually violating the rules of miiverse itself. But its miiverse, where you get banned for posting a screenshot of duck hunt looking at ZSS and you get banned. No joke, happened to me

good point, ive heard of people getting reported for just mentioning the word "hack". i think i might test this all out, dont really want to get banned tho
