I'm on a new 3ds (the one with the faceplates) trying to install arm9. I'm on section 2, step 2 of this guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(arm9loaderhax). trying to go to the 2xrsa thing on my 3ds. It freezes everytime. I've tried it 5 times, once without the microSD just because it doesnt boot with it in so it figured maybe this was the same. anyway, nothing worked, was hoping somebody here could help? typing that address in so many times is so annoying lol

Boot without SD
Insert SD
try 2xrsa
if fail, then double check files (notably arm11/9.bins)
repeat the first 3 steps because stability (2xrsa isn't exactly Ninty Stable)

This. I literally just finished an A9LH install on an N3DS about fifteen minutes ago with no issue.

Awesome, got it working. Recopied a couple files that seems to have done the trick, thanks guys. Quick question though, the guide says I should have had to hold select to boot Luma 3DS configurations but it just loaded as soon as I booted it... is this ok?

EDIT: I'm trying to "hold select on boot to start Hourglass9" but I keep just booting to a black screen... is this unstable too?

Select boots the Luma configuration menu, start loads H9 provided you have the payload named "start_Hourglass9.bin".

Right sorry, my bad. I'm holding start haha, it's not doing anything though. Just the black screen. I tried the test payload and it worked, just can't figure out what's went wrong.

EDIT: I'm so stupid tonight.. I fixed it, thank you lol.

Sorry guys one more quick question: am I able to download update data for my games now that I'm running arm9? Or should I leave them unupdated?
