Hacking Browser Crashes at Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax During Bin Load

I'm currently hacking my New 3DS with the guide -> https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(arm9loaderhax)

When I reach Part 3 Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax I've hit a snag. When I go and load the bin, my browser locks up. I push select despite this and nothing happens. The only way to get out is to hard reset the system.

Is there something I'm missing that is causing this issue?

Have you tried initializing the browser save data?

The issue was that I forgot step 8 in section 1 of page 3. I didn't put the bin files on the root of the SD card. Purely a noob mistake.
