Alrighty. Completed the last quest about 20 minutes ago. Gonna do some sanity checking with a few edits (namely guild card ID edits) while I'm between classes at college later, then I'll prepare my save for you all to import your info into if you so desire. Get hyped

Oh, and @APM you should now have the info for awards, small/large crown sizes, and ofc the arena data in those PMs I sent. Hopefully it wont be too much trouble to implement

they are tied to quests so you need a quest completer, but i would warn you from the current one. best way to do is just do them. afterall its only few quest.

Thanks for pointing me to this, I thought this editor can only change the talismans that you have, but not making one, seems I'm wrong? I'll look into it off work today

Well if you still want the charms, he ya go. I knew about the talisman editor but my computer keeps on removing it thinking its a virus. Anyway making charms only takes changing like 3 values in any hex editor so its not time consuming.

Create a folder. open your windows firewall, in the settings of your firewall go to exceptions, and add the folder to your exceptions list.

in this folder only move your files as athene ass, charm editor etc.

and for god sake even you jesus, do not move anything else there..

Do you have avast? Avast tends to block random user-made programs simply because they're "not on the list of known programs," and you can go into your virus chest and submit it as a false positive. Then restore it.

Actually there's a bit field for them (two actually - maybe three... I need to check again). Anyway there's definitely one for unlocked ingredients and another for selectable meals. I've unlocked them all anyway and completed all quest legitimately, so I'll pull those bit fields out later and send them to APM to add under tools/whatever. The quest data will also let us fix the quest completer (which currently sets an extra 100 or so bytes to complete when it shouldn't and doesn't currently touch the 'new quests' bit field that makes the quests visible)

in mh4u you could do.

item 1 . Ancient potion 0

Item 2. Ancient potion X

X is any number it just has to be more than 0.

the game now thinks that you've 0 ancient potions but also things that you got x. lets say 4 as an example. so it think 0 and 4 ancient potions.

on a quest the digit will be removed and it will only show ancient potion, when you try to use an ancient potions it does 0-1 = 0 = so its an endless loop.

Oh, as a software developer I really think this kind of bug is really common, because when you write code you won't think of such weird scenarios, but yeah, the person who found this bug really exposed the code coverage is poor..

thanks man, I was able to use the talisman editor and I've already 'upgraded' one of my pawn to dragon..
After doing this I was even more ashamed, maybe I will help others to do more Charm farming quests to reduce that feeling..lol

Note on the awards unlocker: many of the awards may revert after a quest. This happens when the requirements are not complete (IE: you have not gained 10 fleece-balls from petting the Bherna moofas)

Anyway, about my save I'll be sharing: Everything is ready and works (tested with @Vithimiris) except 3 pesky flags on the guild card that pertain to data (like gender) that was not meant to be changed in-game. The fix should be very simple, but currently require hex editing until the values are linked in the editor here. As soon as the sanity checks have been added, I'll release the save (so you don't crash your game in the mean time by, for example, changing to female and equipping female-only armor and crashing bc the GC still displays a male hunter).

I'll say it again when I post the save but MAKE SURE YOU IMPORT A GUILD CARD ID FROM YOUR OLD SAVE when using my 'template' save. leaving it as "0000000000000000" will make it unable to be viewed/received by others (and will do strange - but not harmful - things when you try to edit it in-game).
