The PS Vita game dumping tool, known as Vitamin, has just been leaked and is being tested and, so far, confirmed to be legit.

I am personally testing it by dumping one of my game cartridges (Gravity Rush) as we speak and everything looks good so far!

Needless to say, expect a huge surge in PS Vita sales (if you can still find one!) on both new and used units, as well as price hikes in the already notoriously expensive Sony Vita memory cards.

As a side not, please do not attempt to run this tool yourself until developers can confirm it is safe! It -may- brick your device!

Was just about to complain about the broken release, but my computer fatal-errored on me, so that managed to stop me in my tracks!

Lucky you. If anyone can't boot to home menu after restart cause of this, eject memory card before booting, let it boot then power off and insert it again then boot. Maybe rebuild database after booting to recovery menu.

What you explained is "scheduling the download via pc", it's different from "download it via PC".

So what? Same effect. You don't have to update the firmware and the game downloads on your Vita and installs regardless of your Firmware version.

Initiating a download through another device is not the same as downloading on that device.
"Download it via PC" implies that you are downloading it ON the PC. Not telling a server to download said thing on another device.
