So i know this is being brought up again but how exactly is Virtual console injection done? According to my observation. Each console VC has different formats for the files. SNES has a "Data.bin" File that is way above file size for any snes game for some reason. The biggest rom file size for SNES is 6 MB but the file which contains rom data is over 10 MB, makes no sense. So how eaxctly is the rom injection done? Is there a converter program or something? Or you just literally inject the data some how (maybe usin hex edit copy and paste) to do so. I really no clue. Some other systems either compress the rom in different format i guess or just is a direct unaltered copy. It mystefies me.
