Hacking Restore H&S App

Hi,

I had my Health & safety App messed up - it had the H&S app but the icon was FBI. I removed the title & ticket using FBI but now I can't re-inject the H&S app as there is nothing to inject into. My mistake.

How can I correct this?

Perform a system update that might install the h&s app or if it doesn't , download it via 3dnus, pack as CIA and install. Remember to match the region!
