I have decrypted and extracted some 3DS games succesfully. Sure, I would be willing to help, but I suggest just getting the decrypted files from that iso site.

It has models, scripts and some animation files, yes. Can you export them all? No, but you can export some.

That's a whole different case (in which unfortunately I have no idea about).
Go ask in the PSP homebrew section.

You need a 3DS to decrypt the file (to get all the content, data, code, etc.), and you need a computer to extract and view those files.
Or you can go looking for the decrypted games in *that iso site*.

Well, there is braindump. It's very usefull. But it require a large amount of space in your SD card. Oh and you'll also need to create some .BAT file to uncompress and recompress the file.
