GCN GCoS... What can i do with it?

Without an SD gecko, you'll need to burn them (Not entirely sure if it can be done on Swiss)
Anyway, an SD gecko isn't that expensive (Wiikey SD/generic GCN SD adapter or even homemade)
I will be burning them then... I read that Swiss works with DVD-R's and they are pretty cheap where I live

One last question... I bought James Bond 007:Agent under fire NTSC-US, but as i can see in the repository on github there are TWO save file for NTSC-US version (i mean the .cgi save file)

BTW The gw7e are for PAL(version 1.0 and 1.1)
 
Nope. gw7e is NSTC-US, google it.
Then just import one of them (v100 for 1.0 and 101 fie 1.1)

Just google it, it means the language of the game (PAL and NTSC are the same file )
