I am at the final steps, i opened FBI in Devmode but it cant find Sysupdater.cia, can i install Bigbluemenu per FBI and install Sysupdater there?

Ok, i have updated to 9.2 succesfully with no problems.
I am trying to use browserhax but when i scan the qr code for it, it just takes me to a blank site and i have been waiting a minute and nothing has happened :(
EDIT: Ok now i know how it works :)

Ok, i did everything now i just installed menuhax, but when ever i turn my 3ds off and then on and press the L button, it stops when my 3ds has a yellow screen :(

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Ok, now i can do everything, i can open hb per menuhax i can open Luma3DS with the 11.0.0 but one problem,
The reason i did this was because of removing the region lock, i opened the game i wanted which was Rhythm Heaven Megamix but it still doesnt work, so what i just did was useless... :(
So what the remaining question is, how do i remove region lock from Luma3DS?

Hmmm weird.... Try another CIA or freeShop

Ok it works now!!!!!!
I used the emulation option when launching Luma3DS and then created the text file.
Thanks to everyone who was helping!!!! :D

No! Never run SysUpdater in rxMode sysNAND, he would have bricked thanks to your suggestion.
@Paiuand Do NOT use SysUpdater in rxTools sysNAND or you WILL brick. It has to be run in rxTools Pasta Mode/Dev Mode or from PastaCFW/MiniPasta.
Thank God someone said that! I was just about to, actually.
That's why I said, "Don't use that, use this guide" :P

Sorry I wasn't around towards the end, I was too tired to stay up any later (it was past 5:00 AM for me, and I hadn't slept yet). But I'm glad everything's going smoothly! :)
