Hacking Priiloader with BootMii/IOS?...

Priiloader looks incredible, I'd really enjoy having it, but I have BootMii on the IOS, would it still be worth risking a brick?

IIRC, you can have priiloader and bootmii as IOS on the same system without conflict.
I only use priiloader personaly

I see where this guy is coming from. I had the same question since guides have said running Bootmii as an IOS, with Priiloader will cause a brick. No it's perfectly fine to run Bootmii as an IOS with Priiloader. They do not brick each other.

The mod author suggests to have unmodified IOS's in order to use it. The only IOS's being used IF you have only installed Bootmii, and Homebrew. Bootmii being IOS 249 (Not sure if that's the exact one I will check later.) and Homebrew running on IOS 58.

The author suggests that if you have a huge amount of IOS's being taken up for whatever reason, or being used its recommended you don't use that app due to incompatibilities.

I never saw/read a guide telling that installing both at the same time would brick the console.

Installing bootmii IOS doesn't brick.
installing priiloader "can" brick, but it's unrelated to bootmii. the issue is that priiloader replaces the first loaded title (system menu), so if the install goes wrong it won't boot either priiloader nor system menu.

I haven't read anyone bricking due to priiloader, even if it was a subject of discussion when priiloader was released.

And since I have BootMii on IOS, I can't recover from this sort of brick...

I assume the odds of a brick are small enough that it's worth it?

worth installing priiloader? yes, if you only can install bootmii as IOS (not as boot2) then priiloader is worth it. it's the best protection you can have.
