Unless you have a good reason to want to compile it yourself, i'd say just download 1.2.2

It's not so "outdated", as it is the one everyone in this thread is using.

Well, the newest is not a precompiled release, but it has options for dlc/update and demo download tabs. Like sorting options!

hey i installed the cia and then i installed the new fbi to qr install a ticked, but then fbi downloaded the whole game so... What use is freeshop now? Did i miss something or is freeshop now opsolide with the new fbi?

CIAngel and FreeShop are for searching/installing directly on the 3DS. You can't install with FBI without access to something to create the QR code.

It's possible to someway create a donwload code from these keys? õ3o ow in freeshop, "getting to gift a friend" just like on eshop? (but free xDD)

If you want to compile it:

1. Install devkitARM, including ctrulib and citro3d.

2. Build cpp3ds. This script shows how to build it on ubuntu. This includes downloading precompiled portlibs and [linux] tools. (if you use Arch it's on AUR)

3. Set CPP3DS env variable to the dir with cpp3ds build (containing lib/include dirs)

4. Build/install libarchive (to portlibs dir) and freeShop as detailed in this script.

I don't think you can build it on Windows very easily atm.

The latest commit has basic DLC/Update support, but it's not completely tested and will fail to resume downloads properly if queue has updates/dlc.

And now you see why trying to get people who aren't the dev to compile you the latest code probably isn't the best idea if you can't compile/debug it yourself:

The latest commit has basic DLC/Update support, but it's not completely tested and will fail to resume downloads properly if queue has updates/dlc.

Honestly don't know why some people on these forums can't just be patient. But I guess that's why my signature is what it is.

no what i mean is to install anything with freeshop i need the tickeds first. But to install the tickets i need fbi(or a pc) first. But if i have fbi i can just download the game from within fbi right after i installed the ticked

no, freeShop does install tickets itself.

I am not impatient, and I dont want anyone to compile it for me. I just want to know how to compile it myself! But there are no tutorials, instructions or ANYTHING on the internet how to compile this damn good program thats unfortunely written in cmake.

well yes it installs the tickets but but i cant brows the eshop in freeshop so first i need to download the encrypted tickets on the pc and put it into the folder on the sd....so isnt just scanning the tickets qr code and install it with fbi simpler?
