Hey! Recently I got a new bigger microSD and want to transfer my emuNAND and all my files over to the new one.

NOTE:
I've already tried Emunand tool, doesn't work, gives me an error.
I've already tried this guide on GBAtemp

https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-transfer-emunand-to-another-sd-card-working-on-new3ds.383684/
I get an error when I try to resize the partition and click 'Apply':
'There were some error while moving and resizing the partition'

ANY OTHER WAYS?

thanks

make an emunand backup of your current emunand with emunand9 and flash that backup to the new sd with emunand9

then delete some files ;)
Can't.
microSD is 4GB (3.63) 1.88 of that is used by emuNAND and so I oly have 1.75 free. Not enought to dump the emuNAND to a file
unless i can dump it to my other microsd, which im pretty sure is impossible

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Why emuNAND tools doesnt recognize emuNAND from emunand9?
Honestly, I don't know. They were talking about R4i on the thread and I was like Wtf?

Just clone emunand partition to the other sd
Okay it SEEMED to work, but when I turn on my 3ds (I have it to auto-boot Luma3DS and into emuNAND) it just loops the screen from the black and white pixels screen to the the auto boot loader to a black screen to the white pixels again.

EDIT:
I'm going to try the guide again, this time with a different partition tool. See how that goes.

It loops because now your emuNAND also has menuhax.

Ok, I can't find another partition tool that lets me resize my partition. Any ideas or should I just give up?
Don't give up! It worked for me.
I use gparted. There's also a live iso if u don't use linux.

Actually you can clone the entire sd (gparted or dd) and then resize the data partition...

Yeah that's what I was trying. I'll try today to resize the partition after I clone the sd with usbimagetool up instead, with gparted instead

Ok thanks, I'll try removing it to see if it works!

Just tried to delete the '00002e' folder from Nintendo 3DS/(random numbers)/(random numbers)/extdata/00000
I couldn't find it in the extdata folder, but found it in the /extdata/00000 folder. I deleted it, but it still just boots, pixel screens, autobootloader, then back to black screen and pixels again.

Hmm that's probably because your NANDs are linked.
Take out the SD card, start the console and format sysNAND. Then format the SD card (erase emuNAND) and start over with that tutorial link I sent before
