You only need a version of FBI installed that is compatibe with CIA installation via QR code.
No extra files are required in the SD for the installation.

Someone knows if PCHex++ keeps a backup or a copy of the last time a game was accessed?
I would like to restore that very same save since I just recovered from a weird brick.

BTW I managed to find the backups that PCHex++ makes inside /pk/save/backup.

It detects both physical and digital versions (if you have them ofc )

I have wierd issues with this program.

I edited a charmander to test, saved, went back in pokemon. Charmander had a mega symbol over name until I healed.

Went back into PChex, Charmander had somehow become a Mega Charizard X in data (????). Saved, dumped save, opened it up in PkHex. Charmander was a Charmander, but had a questionmark over it like it was a missingno. Deleted it.

Interesting thing that happened, but honestly I might use Pkhex, it works better for me overall. Good app though, this seems helpful for hax on the go.

The Mega Charizard X showing up is an issue with the Pokemon icons.

For some reason, some of these icons get the wrong Pokemon to show and that is the one that ends up appearing.
I have this issue too with my Darkrai and some Pokemon with several forms, like Arceus and the Mega Pokemon too.

There is essentially a db with all pokes, that I have somewhere on my PC (I don't any credit it originated from PPORG)

this needs to connect to a data base though so you can download pkxs onto it with out a pc i would also like fun genning with out having to move files around with pc and sd card

The nice thing would be to be able to create pokemon on empty box and also edit player settings (like all the features that PKHeX have : https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?36986-PKHeX-(Gen-6-SAV-PKX-Editor)) ^^
