Do you have the payloads in your /luma/payloads folder?

Yup, and i tried using hbl to open decrypt9 but it just crashes back to the hbl menu

1) It doesn't work on 11.0, you need to downgrade sysnand to 9.2
2) It does work on 11.0 if you install the cia, but idk how stable that is. ALso it isn't official.

boot into your sysnand and use FBI to install Luma updater (or Star updater) and update your LUMA to 5.5, and see if it blackscreens again. (and see if it hlps your payload problem)
