Hacking Install Dev-Firmware as EmuNAND?

Hey Guys,

today I got my Hands on the latest Dev-Firmware for the (N)3DS (SystemUpdaterForCTR-0_25_0-20160509-en.zip) .
Is there a tutorial which explains how to install it on a Retail 3DS?

Can you by any chance dump the updater for the dev firmware and upload it to that ISO site? I have the dev firmware from that ISO site but not all dev apps got uploaded.

but that's illegal and he can be taken into legal action I believe that is worse than just a rom, in that case I'm a dev too but I wouln't do it
