Gaming Pokemon ORAS hack checking

let's say you pokegen your Pokemon to battle with friends. If you delete them and then go to a VCG with legit Pokemon would your game still show as hacked? When they check do does the game have a hacked symbol or is it just a Pokemon?

I'm going to guess "No" because Nintendo doesn't like to harm their innocent users, and it's all too easy to get a hacked pokemon traded to you without your knowledge. Then you would be blacklisted for something that isn't your fault. And that is not Nintendo's style.

Yeah just be aware the if you use the hacked pokemon in the contest you will probably be kicked out.

I don't remember when they added it, but it does exist.
Tripped me up a few times when I made a competitive team with a save editor.

How do they know, if their stats/ catch location/ etc are in theory legit?

They don't.
It detects non-legit stuff. I kept getting things slightly wrong and it rejected my pokemon <_<
