He's working on a new exploit, which was the secondary one. He didn't confirm if BASICHax was secondary. Hype!

SBhaxx would NOT be secondary. You can input your own code to it. And there's more ways than the company's server or extdata.

Please, understand how a software-based ARM11 downgrader will never work. I recommend you do some research. The only way to bypass the minimum version check is with an ARM9 exploit, which would give you a way of using CFW right on 11.0. The only reason to downgrade would then to get the OTP.
