I would also suggest looking into the Extra Data on the SD Card to see if you can try to make an exploit with Extra Data too. Since the Special Edition can also have the advantage of the SD Card too due to having 3 versions all in one. I'm just helping as much as I can. To give you homebrewers some insight on how the data works.

Yep. I also am working on that one too. But extdata is pointless though, as it is console specific. It would need to be on a cart.

Damn, I won't give up hope on the extra data plus Banch of Fate File fate.bak. I think it could be messed around a bit BranchHax? I do like thinking inside & outside the box to help due to FreakyHax using a QR Photo and a File on the SD Card. I think injecting data into ext data has some potential to be effective for research. Only one thing the Branch of Fate file does share the same data on the SD Card for all Fire Emblem Fates versions when Branch of Fate is chosen. That's one file that's really worth looking into. I know it's just based on theorizing files on an SD Card but I don't want to over estimate or under estimate this file too. That is one file that does bring the 3 versions together. I know it sounds crazy in theory but potentially worth a shot. Hell I even think Dragon's Gate's could be a potential exploit too since it uses extra data too and use Free DLC Loading for a potential exploit.

2 minutes is nothing. You don't seem to understand. I am not the average teen of the modern day. I don't worry about attention, nor want it. I don't do social media. I can disappear for a year and still get crap done! All I'm saying is that I want to make sure I keep posting that way I keep working on this. I want something to come out of this. Not only an exploit. I rather the experience than getting an exploit. It isn't a waste of time. I am a hacker. This is what I do for a living and a hobby. I hardly sleep since I am working on crap all the time. I want this to be a thing that is productive. Honing my skills with RE work and programming will be an essential in my future. At this point, this is for sheer entertainment, I have the backs of my family and friends and some tempers. I would like an exploit to appear, but right now it is just for more experience.

That would need way more than userland to put together. A save hack is a fine start for me.
I am interested in the fates.bak too. I won't get into it quite yet, but It could be a start.
