ROM Hack [Q] How to convert a .cia to .3ds or dump a .cia game to .3ds?

Hello. Does anyone know a way to either dump a cia game to a 3ds file so I can use it with Gateway or a way to convert them? I've seen 3dsware game in 3ds format before so it must be possible.

EDIT: I found my answer. Just do this tutorial until it generates the 3ds rom. It worked great with Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

And I'm sorry if it sounds crabby: Yes I have a Brickway, and I prefer to use it over installing stuff on my poor 4gb SD card for 15 minutes per game, so pretty please don't tell me anything about cfw being superior. I know. I have a9lh installed and would love to ditch gw, but alas I prefer that over long install times and having to unscrew my N3ds and risk breaking it in order to install a game. Yeah yeah ftp, it takes fucking forever to transfer anything.
