Hacking Decrypt9 Problem - NCCH Padgen fails.

I'm trying to convert Ocarina of Time 3D to a CIA file and, according to a tutorial, I need xorpad file(s). The only problem is that it fails. So I ask you, can you help me?

Information:
1) I have arm9loaderhax installed.
2) I am on the latest firmware (11.0.0-33U)
3) Ask for more information.
4) I access Decrypt9 via bin file.

If you need an image, ask as I cannot provide one currently. Thanks for your assistance.

Stupid question, but what program are you using to convert 3DS->CIA? From the sounds of it, you're probably missing the generated NCCHINFO.BIN on the root of your SD.
