You could do it yourself using Plailect's guide, and if you don't skip any instruction, you should be in theory, fine.
Alternatives include sending it out to someone such as myself or @Davidosky99 or others to do it for you etc

I'm probably not gonna be the first one to say it, but there is virtually no way to brick your 3DS with just homebrew, since you're just on userland permissions.
There's really no need to pay money for this. I'd help out (not for the payment, of course), but I'm not sure how I can help.

Messing with the LED can be done on userland. And will brick you worse than a NAND restore can fix.

Indeed, but it was off-topic and this entire debate needs to die. OP wants a service, not a lesson on morals or how the IT business works.

I've kept the posts saying something about installing A9LH and (not) bricking as the OP needs to be aware of what implies installing this herself.

Fair enough. At least it's not as easy as bricking with the power of CFWs and A9LH, you'd have to some pretty crazy things to brick on userland.

Yeah, but at least you got a safety net for most bricks if you have a NAND backup and a payload of Decrypt9 or Hourglass9. Then again, a person who did a dumb move that bricked probably didn't do the precaution of backing up his NAND.

meh, most should have a backup by the time they get A9LH, since they restore it once they get A9LH installed. Unless they deleted it.

there is far less documentation on this. a complete noob (like there are so many on the scene) wouldn't know how to do that. or what an MCU is for that matter.

I really think this is the wrong topic. It's almost a whole year old, and it's made by someone asking to hack their 3DS for money, just like you're asking here.
