Soooo, is it possible to bring the hacked characters from a hacked N3DS to a normal N3DS? I have a physical copy of the game and have all the modded characters on all three routes, but only the characters that can be obtained by amiibos loaded on my normal N3DS.
Anyway to bring them over to a normal N3DS?

No because the characters themselves are stored in Fates' ext data. The ext data on the normal N3DS needs to have the custom DLC ext data. The reason the amiibo units loaded is because you can obtain them without any hacks provided you have the amiibo themselves.

Nope, extdata is 3DS specific, you can't import extdata from 1 3DS to another, it won't work.
