Its not the CFW, apparently Nintendo's Netflix app is setup to only work in US/Canada, so we would have to use a vpn for netflix to work on our n3ds. I updated main post with an edit.

`I know the netflix app exist on the system, I just mean when i saw this post i checked my netflix app i had installed (Via system transfer from previous o3ds xl and it didn't work for some reason, i assume it was cause of cfw which was installed before ever running netflix on my new 3ds Freshly formatted.

The app itself apparently only works in US/Canada, or with VPN usage for the rest of us.

I wouldn't be able to download it if my system wasn't a NTSC USA System which it is, cause i live here.

New york state is a perfectly legit "UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN" Land and i still dunno why the app isn't working, i didn't notice this until i saw this post. So what could be the reason for a "PERFECTLY LEGIT AMERICAN BASED NINTENDO 3DS USER" To be locked out of netflix all of a sudden?

That honestly seems quite odd, I would recommend maybe uninstalling it and re-installing it from eshop. Since you are already in the US the current issue should not be the case. Possibly. If not, then you are in the same boat as us.

Nah, I'm on A9LH Luma and it works just fine, was using it the other day.

Is it the same error though? If you try to access it in other countries it will let you sign in and browse. Its when you try to play a video that it returns an error.
