Homebrew Freakyhax = crash

Hi, I have followed exactly the tutorial freakyhax arrive when we must put the qr code , a black screen appears and there mark "the homemenu ropbin Was ready" ... then the crash software.
Then write is : an error occurred
I 'm sure I used the correct files and I put everything into the root of my SD card ( firmware = 11.0.0-33E )

Please , tell me what I should do.

Desolated for faults , I am a French which is zero in English I had to use google translation .

Do you have the Freakyhax payloads and all that stuff on your SD card?

In mly root of SD card , I have
v1.zip -> old eur
and all stuff for freakyhax

Do you have the otherapp payload? You can get it at Smealum's 3ds website.

yes I have and I have been change name of the file = otherapp.bin

Troubleshooting
· Make sure you have freaky.bin and the DCIM directory in your sdcard root.

· Make sure you have a otherapp.bin in your sdcard root.

· Make sure the otherapp.bin matches your firmware version, region and console type (new/old).

· If none of the above helps, try resetting the save file.

· If it still doesn't work, come see us in #3dsdev at EFNet.

It can't find the other app payload make sure you have the correct one. What is your firmware and system model?

Delete any other payloads and stick this onto the root of your SD and rename it to otherapp.bin

Copy and paste this if you need to:

otherapp

That's the required name. However, as your native language is french, can you truly be positive you have the name correct? Also, make sure it isn't unintentionally named "otherapp.bin.bin".

EDIT: It needs to be in English (just so you know).

not sure if this would help, but do you have the boot.3dsx? I Once experienced a similar thing with browser hax, where the hax page would show up, but not load. Try getting a new boot.3dsx
