Hi,

I have got an SSB disc, but I can't play it due to regional lock, I have got 5.5.1. Is there anyway to use the exploit to play that disc? (Preferably with online access)

You can't play the disc but you can download the game to play it via Loadiine. Download the files (not telling where) and set up Loadiine to run the game. Also their is no homebrew to let you play region locked games at the moment.

I know from where to download the game, but I don't have that much of download speed, also my ISP limits my CAP.

If a download site like MEGA is putting a limit to how much you can download at a time, I'd suggest a VPN that can redirect the download to a different country (USA being the best option in my opinion). Betternet is my favorite out of the bunch. Free, quick, and does the job.

Betternet is a awesome VPN. But I think he is talking about his ISP. Will that get him past his ISP cap?

Well, I was having problems downloading a game's files because of the cap. Used Betternet (and a download manager) & it received all the files without stopping. It's a bit slower, but it's better than waiting for 6-hour delays.

Why not sell the version you have, and buy one that actually works in your region? Why would you even get an out of region version on disc?

So the problem is that the optical drive firmware encryption and disc encryption is different for each region?
