I get this error whenever I try to export something.

Am I doing anything wrong?

It's fixed in the "pre-release" version on github. ("Clone or download" > "Download ZIP")
By the way the "pre-release" version available is far from the actual release to come.

I'm terribly sorry if this has been solved before but may I please get some assistance on this or is it impossible to fix?

Get a more recent version (like, two posts above yours).
I tried the pre-release version (I'm using Python 2.7.11, by the way. Python 3.5 doesn't work because it requires Windows 7 updates and I can't really update Windows 7, and I don't know how to fix that...) and I still got the same error as the person above your last post. What could've gone wrong?

Should be fixed. This error has been there since 2.00's release (2016/05/31), I guess nobody tried exporting tracks as IDSP's!

Injecting a track that isn't "adapted" to the nus3bank can break it in game even though it's apparently working with the editor. It's unclear what makes a track "not adapted". The only way to have the nus3bank working again in game for now is to get the original one and progressively injecting tracks from the broken file, keeping backups and checking.

And here I am telling you there is no reason that 2.11 breaks more this file than previous or more recent versions (2.12, 2.13, 2.13+util fix, or 2.20-pre on github) but some replacements can break it (cf. Roger's issues with Pit's voice).
