Is there any way to just use Loadiine just through the browser without any external equipment (i.e. SD Cards, USB, etc.)? If not, please work on that. Thanks!

And what would be the bloody point in that as you need a sd card to play your games on loadiine.
 
I'm not a wii U developer. Heck, I have no clue of anything on the wii U scene, but you don't get to say what people should work on, I can tell you that.

Loadiine can boot from web/server without loadiine actually being on an sd card, so yes to that. However, you will still need an sd card to put your backups/Roms on in order to play anything.
 
An older version of Loadiine could play games from the network, but it could only play one game AFAIK, but still required Loadiine on the SD Card IIRC.
 
Booting games from the power of the cloud.
With a big, I mean gigantic maybe, they could pull it off with an NAS perhaps, also:

We had this discussion already. I would love this as well but network speed is way too slow and loading times would explode.
