I don'nt get any of this. someone please help!

Put Decrypt9.nds from the Decrypt9 zip on your DS flashcard
Start your DS flashcard from your 3DS
Go to SysNAND File Options, then select the Dump Health & Safety option to dump Health & Safety to hs.app
Press Select to eject your SD card, then put it in your computer
Extract Universal Inject Generater, then copy both hs.app from your SD card and FBI.cia from the FBI zip to the input folder
Double click go.bat
Copy FBI_inject_with_banner.app to the root of your SD card and reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
Press B on Decrypt9, then go to SysNAND File Options and select the Inject Health & Safety option
Press down once to select FBI_inject_with_banner.app, then press A to inject
Go back to the EmuNAND file options menu in Decrypt9 (If you have one)
Backup EmuNAND to emuNAND.bin (If you have one)
Go to the SysNAND file options menu on the main menu
Backup SysNAND to sysNAND.bin
Press Select on the main menu to eject your SD card
Put your SD card in your computer, then rename sysNAND.bin and emuNAND.bin (If you have one) to sysNAND-OLD.bin and emuNAND-OLD.bin (If you have one)
Copy over sysNAND-OLD.bin and emuNAND-OLD.bin (If you have one) to a safe folder on your computer in case you ever want to revert to this version
Delete sysNAND-OLD.bin and emuNAND-OLD.bin (If you have one) from your SD card
Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS, then press Start to restart your 3DS
Put rxinstaller.nds from the mset folder in RxTools-3.0-beta_2.zip on your DS flashcard
Start your DS flashcard from your 3DS
Select the correct option for your system version
4.X.X -> "4.x rxTools"
6.X.X -> "6.x rxTools"
Go to System Settings, then "Other Settings", then "Profile", then "Nintendo DS Profile" then hold L while it boots rxTools
Go to the right until you get to "Advanced Options"
Select either "Devmode"
Your 3DS will reboot back into the home menu
Launch the Health and Safety Application (which is now FBI)
Navigate to sysUpdater.cia and press A to install
Press the home button to go to the home menu, then open the sysUpdater application and press the A button to install
You can now follow the rest of this guide from Part 3 here

I acquired an o3DS with sysNAND 10.7. It already had A9LH and Luma3DS 5.4 set up, but not EmuNAND. I followed this guide...

https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...luding-emunand-coldboot-cia-installer.405589/

... to set up EmuNAND on a new SD card and got to the part "Installing MenuHax, CFW and CtrBootManager". I figured I need CtrBootManager to actually boot to EmuNAND, but on its thread it says that it requires firmware <= 9.2. Do I need to downgrade to 9.2 and do the whole process of setting up CFW and everything else, or is there some alternative method available just to boot to EmuNAND?

I have FBI installed in place of Health & Safety app (this is my assumption, since it stuck around after a SysNAND format in Tinyformat). I can access Homebrew Manager from the main menu and also EmuNAND9 and Decrypt9WIP through Luma payloads, if that matters at all.

I've been searching for an answer for days and couldn't seem to find someone in a similar situation. 3DS' hacking scene is very new to me, so I'm asking for help. Thanks!

If it has A9LH installed already, then that's all you need. If you must have an EmuNAND because you want one, then use EmuNAND9 to set one up, then change the settings in Luma3DS for it to autoboot your EmuNAND//RedNAND.

Hi!I plan on getting A9LH and I need something confirmed, please.
Do I need to remove the 3DS battery to turn on wifi or is it ok for me to turn it on in system settings?

Just make sure it's on and set up, and you won't have to remove the 3DS Battery to turn it on. That's only for people who forget to turn it on.

Hello! My 3ds is on 10.3.0-22E. Can I hack it?
Yes. Use Plailect's Guide.
Link: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
Do a system format prior though, to avoid the issue described here:
Link: https://github.com/Plailect/PlaiSysUpdater/issues/8#issuecomment-218588857
im on step 19: Open OTPHelper (this can take a few tries in some situations) (https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-4-(2.1.0-Downgrade)

Ive opened it 55 times now and it just boots to red lower screen and then black.

any ideas?
You might be having the issue I just helped another poster on here with. Try the previous release of OTPHelper. v0.87.
You can post the issue on the OTPHelper to help d0k3 troubleshoot it.
