to unlock the camera, you need to create 5 things ( i forgot the name) and then delete them. go to system settings, change date 1 day ahead, and then make another one. then it should be accessible. my video has the full process.

Man, I should be good to go (followed all the troubleshooting tips), but it crashes and forces the system to restart. I'm on a New 3DS XL, v11. OOT3D worked once upon a time (crashes now, of course).
