Just tested on EUR, they don't work. It seems to be US only.

there are more than 1 version of the game, 1.0 1.1 rev1

It's only for US version

Just tried them in the US version on v1.1. Everlasting shroom don't work. All secret mini boost and secret steering don't work. 99 coins on course work. Unlocking all characters and karts with all parts crash the 3DS apon loading Character selection. All tested on Time Trials.

then make sure you downgrade your game back to 1.2 if you are on the newest update

@chronoss for your first mk7 usa codes they dont work or crash the game...

on the ones i just tested press select to loose coins works

Always first doesnt or always last doesnt work
disable bottom screen no bueno xd
no blooper ink no good=no bueno
everlasting shrooms no good
everlasting crush works!
no crush works!
idk why but one weird side effect is lakito and entities like goombas on koopa cape have a weird black rectangle shades on them...
secret burst mode WORKS but it doesnt go away after disable or reset to restart game
everlasting mini-turbos no good
Coin modifier HOLY S*** 99 GG M8
Secret fluid steering mode is perm until game restart but works
Secret Water Speed idk???
And lastly 90000 Coins Collected WORKS!

Those Are my results and the txt file i want to port that you told me to try and overall the Mario Kart 7.rar is pretty good more codes are working then last time so gg
