Uh wow this got deep ,

There are a lot of theory's of what happens when you die. It cannot be prevented unless a certain life span never ends. The most common one being going up to heaven, or hell. Others being you go into another body having no rememberance of your previous life. Other times being on a different planet, location, or in another species of life. Maybe turning into a atom, or even a more scientific one would be becoming a star or planet.

Why a star? Becuase everything is made out of star stuff, the things that make up a star are pretty much every simple/compound materials, such as carbon.

With that in mind if your theortically in space your body could fade away eventually, and become part of a star, or a newly created star. That new star could become a planet eventually or a black hole. If you turn into a black hole you no longer exist, and you may either be in a void for an infinite amount of time, turn into molecule micro size, or go into cyber space.

But these are mostly theory's.

Likewise if you are a planet and you have living life on it, you are technically a living planet, and then once your a living planet your pretty much in space life, and once your a planet your pretty much surviving agasint other planets agasint yourself. However you move extremely slow in space as a planet but in a *fast* way. And eventually until a million or so years you become apart of a new universe, planet, or die.

Wow this post made almost no sense.

i think this "hell" and "heaven" things are when you know you are dying and either you feel that you have been successfull or unsuccsessfull in life.

i don't look both ways before crossing the road because i might get hit by a car and die.

dying doesn't bother me, it's proven that there's no afterlife when people checked all registers about returning from death experiences: the study was done over more than one country, done by reading all, and simulate eventually simulating death by medicine use. the outcome was that everyone goes back to thier safest experience in life... this could be when you found your religion, this could be when you hugged your mom, had your first real boy-/girlfriend experience. some claim they seen the light, some claimed someone old read them a part of the koran, some say a part of the bible, and some say they felt reborn as an animal or just an out of body experience... the statistics showed that the pace you were born was more of a factor than religion or place you're now. the second study done by medicine simulation of death (can be done if you want there's more than one way to try, but it could be without a return ticket to the world you knew): all sane full recovered persons said the feeling was more than a dream since in a dream they felt like there were steps to go through before you're there and you know somehow you will come back, this was just lake bam! and you're there, and it feels different from a dream cause you're somehow aware this is not a return home ticket... but all were again dreaming different dreams, most brought them back to thier childhood.

i myself ain't scared of death (probably because i really have a damaged emotianal function since i got syndrome of asperger).

when in my cauntry you'll hear the statistics would be all people experience somehow something related to the bible... but when going to other religious countries you'll get a total different reading about the statistics... it's plain and simple. when the stress of near death is getting too much your mind takes you (just like someone with autism, would) to a place it remembered you felt safe, so it can regulate your fatal signs or just quit without you fighting too much...

the pain before i die, now that's another story... i fear the pain! being away... it doesn't change a real thing... will i be remembered? by some for the mistakes i made in life were funny to them but i don't think there's gonna be tha much to remember and i don't want people to remember... remembering keeps people in the past while they should be living today!

I died once around six years ago.
I was dead for ~10 minutes during a surgical procedure and I can't tell anything about it...
It was like... yea... I can't remember anything. I felt no pain, I didn't "saw a light" or something else.
Okay, I wasn't clinically brain dead but still it was, as some people say, a near-death experience.

I'm glad that I'm still alive (23 years old now) but I don't fear death anymore.

As someone who's technically been dead ( thank your doctors people) I don't believe in any kind of afterlife. I'm an atheist and at no point have I ever thought that there is a heaven, or afterlife to speak of. There was nothing, darkness - like you're sleeping a dreamless sleep. I'm not scared of it, nor will I be again. It's a natural occurrence, one that will happen eventually to every single person. The time you realise you will die and make your peace with it, the easier it is to enjoy life.

Yeah but if I can put it off until the eventual heat death of the universe then I am OK with that.

Not EOF but song anyway

IIRC, Ancient Egyptians call it the second death. Its basically being wiped away from existance. But we'll never know if we're forgotten after death due to us being dead

Exactly... I don't understand it when people who say that they believe once you die there's nothing else then also feel the need to be remembered after their death if they truly believe that you won't even be around to see that you've been forgotten.

Sounds cheesy, but you live on in the Memories of people.

Yes it does, and no you don't :)

In my religion, we don't seek the answer for death. To me, I don't know the answer, I have more of the idea of hopes than answers. I hope I get reincarnated, even if I am not aware of my past lives, it would be nice to know I still carry on in some form or another. But, that's no an answer I believe to be fact.
So people of my religion believe that instead of answer the question of what happens after death, we focus on answering what we will do as we live. My answer to that is, I live everyday until I die.

I know I won't be aware when I die. But, if there is no Heaven or Hell..then I would want to just be in a eternal darkness, and just, be at peace. I just would want to be at eternal peace.
