Homebrew Possible hax entrypoint with ORAS?

Probably won't be happening, since it's got a cartridge version. And even if there's an update available, it's always possible to delete it.
There is already 5 updates for Pokémon XY and 4 for Pokémon ORAS, so it will happen. If you delete it, no online anymore... Oh well I guess people don't care about that anyway

What I mean is that they can't really patch it. If you still want to access online, you may install the update when you need to use it, and erase it when you want to access the HBL, or even make a SD card with the update installed, and another with just the boot.3dsx so you can easily swap them.

Oh that's true... they'll probably also not even pull it off from the eshop because $$$$
Or do a software revision on the eshop version, making the update hardcoded in the game

@TheKawaiiDesu You may aswell remove the patch as if its a save exploit, unless you can inject the overflow into your save(unlikely), you won't actually have your save but the hax one. So you won't really need online because you dont have your progress on the hax save.

Looks like its more secret base related tho...
Maybe we will have full functionality for the game other than in bases?
Regardless, Assuming DG'ing works fine with this, then there goes my need of OoT :P

But it will most likely be another persons save so you wont have any of your progress but rather the progress thats on the hax save. Of course you could play with the hax save but I dont think its as fun as using your own pokemon, etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only thing that needs to be added to the game is a payload right?
Secret Bases are a really small part of the game, so if everything hax related is stored there, then maybe we can have a Smashax of sorts? (Full game functionality)

The overflow is in the save. People would have to edit their save manually to overflow the team name in order to keep their own save which would be inconvenient. It'll most likely just use an installer like ironhax/oothax does, which install the payload and a hacked save at the same time.

It isn't actually confirmed as a primary exploit although it most likely is.
Practically guaranteed
Unless there is a homebrew secondary installer where you must fetch a QR code for the installer to work

EDIT; Confirmed actually
