Just be sure to pay attention that you are following the correct steps for your New 3DS. But as I said also you risk bricking it that much easier if you are not careful. Otherwise you should probably wait like the majority of users to hopefully see software downgrade options to be fixed on v11 and possibly above.

I'm kinda scared as I've never used a solder IN MY LIFE and some people say the new gateway apps could work or with a little fiddling we could get memchunkhax2.5 to work.

You can update your Emunand to 11.0 no problem (just make a backup before you update), as long as you have a way to install .cias (e.g. FBI replacing H&S), because you can just use the HBL.cia

I was doing the a9lh but accidentally update to fw 11.. Lol. I think because i left my wifi switched on during the e process

Installed a9lh but then 3ds suddenly became sysnand 11 and homebrew launcher cant be launched anymore
Going to sell off my 3ds now

Whoa, you did the same as me probably.

In the last stage (copying Emunand 11.0 to Sysnand) I forgot to copy while maitaining A9LH and ended up with a 11.0 updated sysnand with no A9LH.

I was going to hardmod downgrade it but I decided to sell the old 3ds and I've bought a New3DS and I'm sticking with Menuhax with it now.

I have a question. I have an old 3DS XL (ver. 11.0.0-33U), is it still possible to setup Homebrew if you hadn't installed anything before? I had it setup at one point with TubeHax, but that has long been useless. I tried to read up on how to do with Ocarina of Time, but I got confused.

Any suggestions? The two games I've got, that people seem to have mentioned, are Ocarina of Time 3DS and Super Smash Bros. If it matters, for loading modified saves or something, I've also got a Powersaves device.

Well homebrew is possible, but you don't downgrade on 11.0

You can use Smash 4, Super mystery dungeon, VVVVV, Citizens of Earth right now. But I think oot3d and Cubic Ninja need to be updated in order to work on 11.0
I would try Oothax first, because it is easier to do than Smashhax

Yes, it's that file that needs to be renamed.

If you can't figure out what to rename it to, you probably shouldn't be dealing with CFW.

If you don't own Super Mystery Dungeon, or have VVVVVV or Citizens of Earth on your device, then honestly the best thing you can do is just wait for OoThax to be fixed to work on 11.0. Smashhax is good for installing secondary entrypoints (like SMChax), but is unfeasible for regular use.

I think the EmuNand uses 10.2 firmware, so almost any exploit would work. Do you have Powersave or another 3DS with homebrew?

I dont have any other 3ds. What is powersave? i think what i need right now is a way to inject a fbi installer through rxtools, but i don't understand it

Powersaves is a sort of save dongle for 3DS cartridges, often used for cheating, but can be used to inject homebrew save files into OoT.

Sorry. I forgot to update the information. Smea updated Ninjhax with a new QR Code that works on 11.0.

They can't patch OoTHax without updating Ocarina of Time 3D itself.

All they have to do is include a whitelist for games like Sony did with the vita to check for invalid save files on start up of the game

Hi guys I'm on a system which hasn't been hacked yet since I'm new but Oothacks does work still you just have to try a lot of times it took me a couple of tries so if you're planning on doing Humblehax please set everything up before. My Dumbass forgot to put the files in before I did the hack

I am also having that same problem. I scan the new 11.0.0-33.U QR code and it still gives me the same error message, prompting a system restart. Is there something else we have to do first?
