I don't actually know how it works... but from what i understand:
* put stuff on sdcard
* have some wifi on your computer.
* use program on pc to broadcast weird wifistuff.
* start smash and set it in find group or something like that

seems to work on the smash demo aswell.

It's not explained to perfect for complete noobs.

Read about it here:

Interesting, I have gone through several pages, not all mind you, and not a single mention that it is still possible to downgrade from v11 with the use of a hardmod. Granted its not a choice many are willing to make due to the higher risk than say being able to do it via homebrew apps. But it is an option still regardless. So saying its not possible is not entirely true.

One question on SuperMysteryHax. I have an O3DS on 9.2 with CFW, my question is if i can use this for install the hax on the game in question (Pokèmon Super Mystery Dungeon EUR version)?
I imagine you probably can install it. But it only functions on the following:

This exploit works on firmwares >=9.9 for US and JPN, >=10.2 for EUR systems due to the games requiring cartridge updates for these versions.

So i need to upgrade the game for using the exploit, right? And is only via cartridge.

In your case, you are using a EUR 3DS. Your 3DS must be on 10.2 or higher in order for it to function. Though I have not read anything about it requiring the 3DS to be on that firmware or higher in order to install it. And yes I believe it is restricted to cartridge only. Whether or not this is permanent, I don't know.

The console i want to get access on Homebrew is a NEW3DS on 11.0, since i lear this method was not patched. So my idea is install the hax with my O3DS and then used on my NEW3DS.

Huh. I thought at this point everyone who had a 3ds had Smash Bros, but ok then.

OT part: i don't want becouse i prefer the Wii U version. Much better in any way for me...well execpt that Pacman stage on Wii U...worst stage evere x°D
Maybe when i find the game at 20€ i considered to buy, but now no.

I own it but on old 3ds and only eshop version :P didnt buy the cart. but since I'm already Luma3DS+A9LH on 11.0 it doesn't matter :P
Smashhax isn't a save data exploit, it's an exploit for the group wi-fi system, and it doesn't need to be the cartridge version to work. I have the download version and it works just fine. Just waiting for that downgrade to install Luma3DS, since I didn't know you didn't lose your downloaded games data when you installed until I already updated .

I have Emunand (Reinand) on 11.0
If you can run homebrew on your Reinand 11.0 system than you can install the exploit to PSMD.

I have downloaded Citizen of Earth (when it was available on eShop) on my 10.7 system and installed the hax on it.
Then I upgraded to 11.0. I could still run homebrew.
Then I used a PSMD cartridge and installed the hax on it using this 11.0 system with Citizen of Earth hax to run homebrew.
And with this PMSD cartridge I could successfully run homebrew on another n3DS at 11.0.
Just make sure that you select 10.7 as payload because there is no 11.0 payload available on smealums web site to download.
If you install the exploit on PMSD on a 11.0 system it would want to download a 11.0 payload which fails.

As I mentioned already above. you can downgrade if you are confident in your abilities to perform a hard mod.

Just be sure to pay attention that you are following the correct steps for your New 3DS. But as I said also you risk bricking it that much easier if you are not careful. Otherwise you should probably wait like the majority of users to hopefully see software downgrade options to be fixed on v11 and possibly above.

Hmm... I wonder if this'll work then with *cough* version on a Sky3ds ?

@pyri: I asked earlier if OOT hax worked - I was told it's will work but not all the time, I'm currently waiting for a powersave device to arrive to see for myself (which I HOPE does work)
