Gaming [HELP] 3ds Sd Card Problems

Hey, So I was Looking on my 16gb sd card for my 3ds and looked. There was only 2 gb left and i had only used up 9 gb (occording to Gamefaqs 8200= 1 gb) so i was looking in the nintendo 3ds folder and noticed there was three folders in it with the letters and numbers on it. im sure there's suppose to be one. i know that's part of the problem. so what else would be taking up space that use-less. Could i do a backup of my system and then format and then restore,or what else should i do to restore 7 gb's?

You have A9LH i see.This is normal,the redNAND takes 2/3 GB.
