When I install a theme... nothing happens. On luma, latest firm 11.0, NANDs are still linked. (Also, does it affect menuhax in any way?) Edit: I managed to apply a custom theme to sysNAND but it removed menuhax, I'm trying to add a custom theme to emuNAND

If you NANDS are linked then you need to put the body.LZ and bgm file into the menuhax folder and go to menuhax manager in emunand and press install custom theme. I think that would work but I'm not sure.

Yes because changing the theme on a linked system will disable Menuhax. I should know as I have had that happen to me.
In CHMM2 2.6 it will ask you if it is unlinked and I always hit "No" (I hit "Yes" one time and it installed a theme to sysNAND and removed menuhax like I mentioned above.) Why would it give me the option if it wont work for linked NANDs?

Huh, guess it does work, sorry the last time I lost my installation of menuhax was a long time ago. Apparently they made a way to do it without uninstalling.

Ok so I unlinked my NANDs and it works fine now =] (Another question: With my NANDs unlinked, can emuNAND use official themes without messing menuhax up?)
